RIB EYE CLAY SHOOT 29th AUGUST 2009
AT TRULL FARM, TETBURY, GLOS
Once again we are holding the Rib-Eye Clay Shoot at Trull Farm by kind permission of the Mitchell family.
We have made many challenging and exciting changes to this year’s layout to test the keener shots. Inevitably the costs of running the event have escalated so we have had to increase the price to £110 per gun (£440 per team of 4). As always, to encourage the younger guns, we have a discounted rate of £55 for those aged 17 and under.
Lunch
As usual the day will start with a bacon roll and coffee from 9am and will end with a delicious steak lunch from 1pm cooked by Sally Armstrong and her team. In order to make sure we have catered for everyone it is very important that ALL LUNCHES, especially for any non-shooting guests, are BOOKED AND PAID FOR IN ADVANCE. We cannot guarantee unreserved meals. There will be a bar available for refreshments before lunch.
Auction
The aim of the day is to raise funds for the Countryside Alliance to help protect our sport. We will once again be holding a live auction during lunch conducted by the very experienced and entertaining Tom Brooksbank.
Some of you very generously donate some fabulous auction prizes. We are aiming to keep the “Live Auction” after lunch as short as possible so if you are able to donate something please can you let us know ASAP so that we may promote your generosity and your company on this website.

Email to Auction Co-ordinator, Mike Mitchell. Even if you are unable to attend the actual event this year it will help our admin enormously, and give you the chance to place absentee bids if we have everyone's correct email address.
We have a very loyal following and we can only accept a limited number of entries so we must advise you to return your application ASAP. We look forward to seeing you in August.
